Ready to order?
Approved retailers, designers and representatives placing orders must submit a complete part number on their purchase orders to avoid delays in processing. Specify the fabric and finish selections, listed by product and collection, on our website and in our catalog.
Step 1: Select your Design by indicating the PART NUMBER:
For example, indicate LP10439 for the 20” Astoria Square Pendant.
Step 2: Choose your FINISH:
For example, indicate P05 for the polished nickel finish.
Step 3: Pick your FABRIC by number and color:
For example, indicate the fabric type: 614, for our silk dupioni; and then indicate the fabric color: MOC for mocha. If using Customer's Own Material, indicate COM as the fabric choice. (Stonegate Designs must verify the workability of all COM fabrics prior to placing your order).
*Changing the fabric from the suggested fabric family will result in a nominal upcharge.
Step 4: Don’t forget additional options, such as WOOD or LASER CUT (if applicable):
For example, indicate W03 for the walnut wood (available for floor lamps, table lamps and some pendants). Include which laser cut choice, such as Branches (available on the Laser Cut Collection). If you are ordering the Discus Collection, include which color of Rowlux Film for the diffuser.
Step 5: Need extra stems? Top Diffuser? Slope ceiling? Glass ball finial?
List any extras you may need on your PO by using the appropriate part number and/or item description.
Now You are Ready to Place Your Order!
An example of a complete part number will look like this: LP10439-P05-614IVY-W03. Please allow Stonegate 24-48 hours to process your purchase order. You will receive an order confirmation.
Changes and Cancellations?
Changes, corrections, or cancellations are allowed if done in writing within 3 (three) business days from receiving your order confirmation.
Carefully review your order confirmation. A 50% restocking fee will
be applied to orders cancelled after three business days.
Important Note to our Dealers: Stonegate ALWAYS sends an order confirmation. If you do NOT receive an order confirmation, CALL customer service at 269-429-8323 to confirm it has been received and processed.
