Q. Can Stonegate Designs make custom lighting fixtures?
A. Yes, Stonegate Designs specializes in custom lighting designs for contract and hospitality projects, as well as custom residential design. You may speak to a customer service representative at 269.429.8323 if you have questions about a custom project.
Q. Can I use my own fabric?
A. Many of Stonegate Designs lighting fixturescan accept a customer's own material (COM) - including the Classique Series. Please send sample of fabric prior to order for verification of viability.
Q. Are Stonegate Designs product UL/CUL approved?
A. Yes, all lighting by Stonegate Designs is UL and CUL approved.
Q. What is Stonegate Designs Warranty?
A. Stonegate Designs warranties its products to be free
of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of delivery. Stonegate Designs, at its sole option, will repair or replace any product defective in materials and workmanship. Changes or modification made to a Stonegate Designs product not made in the factory will void the Stonegate warranty, as well as the UL/ CUL Listing.
Q. How do I buy Stonegate Design products?
A. Stonegate Designs products are available from many fine retailers/dealers and distributors throughout North America. If you are not able to locate a retailer or distributor near your location, please call our customer service department at 269.429.8323.
Q. How do I return a Stonegate Designs product?
A. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number issued by Stonegate Designs and listed on the outside of each carton. For an RA request or further information, please contact a Customer Service Representative at Stonegate Designs 269.429.8323.
Merchandise must be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt. Merchandise received after that time will be refused. All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and be packed appropriately in order to avoid damage. All returns must include claim paperwork in order to be processed. A 50% re-stocking fee will be accessed on non-damaged goods.
Q. How do I cancel or change my Stonegate Designs order?
A. Changes to orders must be made within 24 hours. Cancellation is allowed if done in writing three
(3) business days from receipt of order providing order has not been processed.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. All Stonegate Designs products are made to order. Most fixtures take 4-6 weeks. The Stonegate Designs Classique Series generally takes 2-weeks, dependant upon the availability of materials.
